Hotel Night Auditor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities while providing exceptional guest services. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing accounts, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns from guests. Duties Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all accounts. Manage the front desk operations during the night shift, including checking guests in and out. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Handle phone systems efficiently to manage incoming calls and assist guests as needed. Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review. Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and welcoming for guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or resort operations is preferred. Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry is essential. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is highly desirable. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to enhance communication with diverse guests.
