Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk/Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience. During overnight shifts, you will handle the night audit process, roll the business date, and maintain accurate records to support smooth hotel operations. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and exceptional customer service skills will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining operational excellence behind the scenes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services and assistance throughout their stay Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software Conduct night audit processes, including balancing accounts, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing reports for management review Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety during overnight hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and ensure room readiness Keep detailed records of all transactions, incidents, and shift activities to ensure accuracy and accountability Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality or hotel operations, particularly at the front desk or night audit role Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel operating systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster guest relations Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during late-night hours Familiarity with hospitality standards, guest services, and resort environments is preferred Previous hotel experience involving night audits or front desk duties is highly desirable Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
