Company Overview Frank Hotels is a charming boutique hotel chain known for delivering personalized guest experiences. With properties located in prime destinations, we pride ourselves on creating welcoming environments where guests feel at home and cared for. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this vital role, you will be an important phone point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. This position is working in our call center, answering phones for all 15 of our properties, supporting each location and ensuring guests are helped when the property front desk is closed. Responsibilities Manage phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and courteous service Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and billing information Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports Communicate effectively to corporate, managers, and properties to ensure information transmission is seamless Uphold hotel policies and standards of hospitality management to deliver exceptional guest services Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Multilingual or bilingual skills to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Ability to handle night audit procedures with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in guest relations Prior experience in resort or hotel settings preferred but not required Join us as a Guest Service Agent and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating extraordinary guest experiences through hospitality excellence.
