Part-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely night audit procedures
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
• Prepare breakfast for the morning shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using phone systems and other front desk equipment
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Must have a positive attitude and be customer-service oriented
