Join the Team at Ruby River Hotel We are currently hiring a Night Auditor to join our team at Ruby River Hotel in Spokane, WA. This Night Auditor position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, and working independently in an overnight hotel environment. Our Night Auditors play an important role in both guest service and hotel operations. Successful Night Auditors are reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling overnight responsibilities while delivering excellent guest experiences. Why Join Our Team? Night Auditor Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out during overnight hours Answer phones and assist with guest requests Complete nightly audit and balancing procedures Process payments and prepare daily reports Handle guest concerns and service recovery Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk areas Coordinate with security and overnight hotel operations Deliver exceptional guest service during every interaction
Qualifications:
