Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be available every Sunday - Thursday from 11pm - 7am. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the night. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain guest relations by ensuring all requests are met promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Prepare reports for management on occupancy rates, revenue, and any discrepancies found during audits. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight shifts. Requirements
MUST BE HONEST AND RELIABLE!
Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred. Strong background in night audit processes is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is beneficial.
