Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by conducting daily audits, handling guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
Duties:
  • Conduct daily audits to ensure accurate financial records, check guest accounts, and maintain the hotel's overall cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night, providing a high level of customer service and hospitality.
  • Operate the hotel's phone systems, including answering and directing calls, and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist guests from diverse linguistic backgrounds, ensuring that their needs are met and they feel welcome and cared for.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring that guests are informed and compliant with hotel rules and regulations.
  • Perform night shift duties, including night cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the hotel's overall ambiance and appearance.
  • Work closely with the hotel management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proficiency in phone systems and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong hospitality skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest relations.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the night shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
