Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to callers Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks around the property Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and processing payments efficiently Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in night audit or front desk roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and emergency responders Previous hotel experience within a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a rewarding role that values your dedication and hospitality expertise!
