Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reviewing charges and credits
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with managing reservations and room assignments
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using front desk software systems and phone systems
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable
