Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding guest services throughout the night shift Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately using hotel management systems Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly Handle all incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing multi-line phone systems and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of public areas, and managing access control for staff and guests Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Address guest inquiries or concerns efficiently, demonstrating strong guest relations skills and hospitality management expertise Learning of different Shifts and what each shift does. Skills Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality roles with a focus on front desk operations and night audit procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel experience, including guest services, reservations, and billing systems Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems for clear communication Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism while maintaining hospitality standards Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels enhances your ability to manage complex guest needs Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
