• Responsibilities
• Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management.
• Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
• Assist with phone systems, managing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the night.
• Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a front desk or night audit role.
• Strong understanding of guest relations and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using phone systems; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
