Role:
Join Double Star Hospitality Morgantown as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless experience during their stay. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working overnight.
Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing exceptional customer service. Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain the security of the hotel and its guests during overnight hours. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation overnight. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or finance education is a plus. Previous experience in hotel operations or accounting preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
