Part Time Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented, Reliable , Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in billing. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management. Utilize hotel management software to process reservations and manage room availability. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Assist guests with any special requests or needs, demonstrating a commitment to hospitality. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in nigh audit or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone systems efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
