Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Conduct nightly financial audits to verify billing accuracy, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports for management Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the hotel management system while maintaining strict confidentiality Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests, staff, and property during the night shift Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, providing exceptional guest services and resolving issues efficiently Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and communication records to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that fosters guest relations and team collaboration Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences around the clock!
