Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensuring smooth financial reconciliation, guest satisfaction, and security. Your energetic approach will help maintain high standards of guest service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during the overnight shift. Responsibilities Weekend availability is required. This position is scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling all transactions using property management systems (PMS). Prepare and distribute detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during late and early morning hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring exceptional customer service. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the property, and managing access control for staff and guests. Assist with emergency procedures, including hotel safety protocols and guest safety concerns, adhering to established hotel emergency procedures. Support front desk operations by managing reservations through hospitality reservation systems, updating guest profiles, and handling special requests with care. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all guests. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and team members across multi-line phone systems. Address customer service issues proactively by problem-solving guest concerns related to billing or accommodations, ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms. Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Exceptional customer service skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Weekend availability is required. This position is scheduled Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Excellent communication skills via phone and face-to-face interactions; adept at multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Previous experience handling night audit responsibilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates interested in developing their skills further. Pay:
