Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, responsible, and reliable individual to join our exceptional front desk/night audit team. This overnight position requires strong interpersonal, customer service, and computer skills. While hotel experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to guests during the overnight shift. Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports. Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in computer systems and software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required.
