Job DescriptionJob Description SUMMARY The Senior Director of Payroll is responsible for overseeing the entire payroll process within the organization. This strategic role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payroll for all employees. The Senior Director will also play a key role in developing and implementing payroll strategies, systems, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience within the healthcare industry Experience with both unionized and non-union payroll processes preferred Familiarity with payroll/timekeeping systems such as ADP, Kronos, or E-Time preferred Extensive experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a large, complex organization. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices. Experience with payroll software and systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Physical Requirements Ability to work in an office environment.
