Job Responsibilities Oversees Cemex's mortars division operations, including field support, supply chain coordination, and production efficiency. Ensures that all plant activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, meet project timelines, and maintain product quality. Monitors plants productivity and overall performance implementing corrective actions as needed Partners with Quality Control team, to ensure all products meet quality specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory standards Qualifications Experience in same or similar position. College degree. Four or more years of experience in purchasing or operations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements Requires sitting/standing in front of a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to pass a physical exam, as may be required. The expected base compensation for this position ranges from $114200.00 to $146100.00 depending on, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skill sets, experience, and education
