To Apply for this Job Click Here Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy for salaries, benefits, taxes, garnishments, and deductions Review and maintain payroll systems, recommending improvements where needed Prepare detailed payroll reports, including earnings, tax filings, leave, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Reconcile payroll funding with general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll data Develop and update payroll policies, procedures, and workflows Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Accounting teams Lead, train, and develop payroll staff, including performance management and workflow optimization Safeguard confidentiality of employee payroll data Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) Experience with payroll systems and integrations Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proven leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
