Job Description
Payroll Manager Location:
South Bay Compensation $100K-$150K DOE Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Support hourly and salaried employee populations
- Oversee multi-state payroll and payroll compliance
- Review payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and employee changes
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll questions
- Maintain payroll processes, controls, and documentation
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and Finance on payroll-related matters
- Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed Qualifications
- Strong hands-on payroll experience
- Previous Payroll Manager or senior-level payroll experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
- California payroll experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
