Back To Results Payroll Manager Job Description We are working with a client that is looking to hire a Payroll Manager . The position is responsible for the production and overall administration of the hourly, manager and MIT payroll. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of the Payroll Administrators and will report directly to the VP of Human Resources; Duties will include the following: Ensure accurate payments but validating data prior to transmission Generate the payroll tax file and verify mandated returns and remittances for all employees and the employer payroll taxes Responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of tax files Responsible for reporting accurate processing of federal and state wage attachments, garnishments, and child support orders as required Calculate workers comp bill for risk management Administer the reporting and payment processes required to reimburse or set up the receivables from the employee Train new payroll administrators Manage scheduling/PTO accruals for

Payroll Administrators and Garnishment Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred 5-7 years of payroll processing experience required 5+ years of supervisory experience required Experience with Ultimate Software (Ultipro) Required (Web & Back Office) Multi State experience Full cycle Payroll experience is a must Large volume 10K plus Base salary 80k-90k plus Excellent Benefits.
