Payroll Manager Salary Range:
$100K - $110K A growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead its payroll operations for a mid‑sized workforce. This role oversees a small team, manages all payroll processing cycles, ensures compliance, and supports ongoing audit and reporting requirements. Position Overview The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards. This role also plays a key part in audits, reporting, and maintaining the integrity of payroll systems. Key Responsibilities for the
Payroll Manager:
Payroll Leadership Oversee payroll processing for weekly hourly and bi‑weekly salaried employees Manage and mentor a team of two payroll staff Review and approve payroll outputs, headcount reports, and reconciliations Audit & Compliance Lead annual 401(k) audits, year‑end audits, and related reviews Prepare and organize documentation required for all audit activities Support benefits‑related reporting and other compliance needs Systems, Reporting & Quality Control Oversee payroll tax filings and reconciliations Maintain and enhance payroll processes and documentation Support HRIS projects, including system enhancements or implementations Required Experience for the
Payroll Manager:
