Job Description

Role Overview This full-time, on-site role supports daily HR and payroll operations for the Warehouse and Production plants. The HR Generalist/Payroll team member is responsible for administering employee benefits, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The position also partners closely with finance and leadership to support accurate reporting and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities and personnel file maintenance. Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Assist with payroll processing, verify time and attendance data, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters. Coordinate with finance and leadership teams to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR operations and employee lifecycle support. Working knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and documentation standards. Experience administering employee benefits programs. Proficiency with payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately. Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach. Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
