Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for a growing organization in Southborough, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving process improvements and supporting a high-performing payroll function.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple pay groupsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsOversee payroll audits, reporting, reconciliations, and year-end processesMaintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy in payroll systemsPartner with Human Resources, Finance, and leadership on payroll-related mattersResolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries in a timely mannerIdentify and implement payroll process improvements and internal controlsSupervise and mentor payroll staff as needed
