Payroll Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to oversee payroll operations for a dynamic organization in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This is a contract position, ideal for professionals who excel in managing complex payroll processes and ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. The role requires expertise in handling payroll for large employee groups and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process for over 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee multi-state payroll operations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process bi-monthly payroll and maintain employee records.
• Handle payroll-related tasks such as garnishments, benefits deductions, and certified payroll reporting.
• Ensure proper processing of garnishments and other payroll adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and provide solutions.
• Monitor payroll systems to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Train and guide team members in payroll procedures and compliance requirements.
