Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM, Onsite/Hybrid We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to take full ownership of payroll and benefits operations across North America. This role sits at the center of HR, finance, and compliance-ensuring employees are paid accurately, benefits run smoothly, and nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process weekly and bi-weekly payroll with a high level of accuracy
• Lead administration of U.S. and Canada benefits programs, including renewals and open enrollment
• Support benefits integration for acquisitions and newly onboarded entities
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve employee payroll and benefits inquiries
• Prepare and report headcount data and support regulatory filings (ACA, Form 5500, etc.)
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and international regulations

Job Requirements Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing multi-state payroll and benefits programs (US and Canada)
• Experience leading payroll or benefits system implementations
• Advanced Excel skills
