Job Description

The Payroll and Compensation Director will primarily oversee and supervise the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manages team of payroll specialists.
  • Interviews, hires, trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with payroll software.
  • Must have ADP Enterprise EV6 system experience .
  • Experience with supporting company retirement plans.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • Five to ten years of related experience required.
Pay Range:
