We are currently hiring a Payroll & HR Manager to oversee payroll processing and human resources functions for approximately 180 employees based in Las Vegas. Position Overview This role is responsible for managing all payroll operations and HR processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle payroll for 180+ employees Ensure compliance with Nevada labor laws and payroll regulations Oversee onboarding, employee records, and HR administration Handle benefits administration (health insurance, vacation, holidays) Maintain accurate reporting and payroll documentation Support management with HR policies and employee relations Work closely with the accounting and operations teams Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and HR Strong knowledge of payroll systems.
