Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience managing payroll

Technical Skills:

In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws. Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor, Smartlinx or similar platforms) Strong analytical skills for auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines. Effective communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred:

Experience with benefits administration, garnishments, and union payroll. Professional certifications such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).

Pay:

$100,000 - $115,000.00 per year
