We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to lead our construction payroll operations with precision and enthusiasm. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire construction payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise in construction payroll management systems and constructin accounting software will drive efficiency, accuracy, and transparency across our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence and employee satisfaction. Manage end-to-end construction payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all employee payments Oversee data entry, account reconciliation, and journal entries related to payroll transactions within accounting software Acumatica. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations by preparing and submitting necessary filings Administer benefits programs, including deductions, retirement contributions, and health insurance enrollments Collaborate with HRIS systems to update employee records and ensure seamless integration of payroll data with human resources functions Conduct regular analysis of payroll data to identify discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and improve processes Prepare detailed reports on payroll expenses, tax liabilities, and other financial metrics for management review Support governmental reporting requirements as applicable Proven experience managing construction payroll operations. Strong knowledge of construction payroll management principles combined with a solid understanding of corporate accounting practices and financial concepts Proficiency in construction accounting software and other financial tools; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Knowledge of benefits administration processes and tax regulations related to payroll processing Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail; capable of identifying discrepancies quickly and implementing solutions effectively Strong understanding of governmental accounting standards. A minimum of three years costruction payroll experience.
