Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the professional services industry, is seeking an ADP Payroll Manager to join their team. As an ADP Payroll Manager, you will be part of the payroll operations supporting the HR and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

$30 to $48 per hour
Shift:
8am-5pm What's the Job? Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and on schedule for approximately 95% of employees in California and 5 % across multiple states. Manage payroll using ADP systems, including Time & Attendance and Workforce Management modules Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Handle payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, and wage attachments efficiently Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and audits, reconciling payroll records and resolving discrepancies promptly What's Needed? 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-state payroll processing Proficiency with ADP Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management systems Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, garnishments, audits, and reporting requirements Experience with union payroll processing is required Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills What's in it for me?
