This is a Hybrid role and consists of a combination of WFH In Person work Location(s): 1131 SW Klickitat Way, Seattle , Washington 98134 , United StatesEssential Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager- Payroll is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll operations globally, ensuring accurate and timely payments for employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required CPP preferred but not required. 10 years' experience managing multi-state payroll department, including staff. Experience with Union and Non Union Payroll management Working knowledge of payroll best practices. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations. Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Working knowledge of ADP- Vantage and Dayforce (preferred) Strong work ethic and team player.

Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Exposure to computer screens. May be required to travel domestically and internationally 15% of your time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
