3oo employees across 10+ states (union and non-union) Voted one of the Top Places to Work in CT What the Senior Payroll Manager Will Do The Senior Payroll Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end payroll across a complex, multi-state environment Ensure compliance with union agreements, prevailing wage, and certified payroll requirements Oversee payroll taxes, W-2s, filings, and reconciliations Drive payroll system and ERP conversion, integrating with accounting and job costing Partner with finance on labor costing, reporting, and process alignment The Senior Payroll Manager will build, mentor, and elevate the payroll team Serve as a key advisor to leadership on payroll strategy, compliance, and risk
