Salary Range:
$65,000
- $80,000 annually + $6,500 Annual Bonus Potential The Payroll Processing Team Lead supervises Payroll Specialists' daily activity and ensures that all information processed is accurately and timely administered.
Additionally, the Team Lead provides guidance and insight for team members' professional development and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises Payroll Specialists in the preparation, distribution, and reporting process for Payroll Department
- Oversees the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions, and implements internal controls to ensure compliance with Federal/State laws
- Ensures payments and reporting are disbursed timely and accurately
- Establishes policies and procedures for payroll function
- Updates Payroll Procedures Manual
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- College Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of payroll experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Experience with ADP Enterprise a plus
- CPP preferred
- Ability to act as a team player while providing world-class customer service
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required; proficiency in the English language may be required
