Job Description:
We're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across our growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brands . This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for a multi-state, high-volume workforce - while also leading and developing a strong payroll team. Payroll Operations Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple QSR brands Ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant across all locations Manage high-volume, multi-state payroll cycles Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of payroll specialists Provide hands-on training and mentorship to build a strong payroll function Establish clear processes, expectations, and accountability Auditing, Reporting & Compliance Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Review reports, reconciliations, and payroll variances Ensure proper handling of garnishments, taxes, and deductions Partner with HR and Finance on audits and reporting Utilize and optimize payroll systems ( ADP Workforce Now / Vantage preferred ) Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy Support system enhancements and workflow improvements Cross-Functional Impact Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations leadership Support onboarding, compensation changes, and payroll-related processes Provide insights and reporting to support business decisions What We're Looking For 5+ years of payroll experience, with leadership experience required Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Experience managing multi-state, high-volume payroll, and knowledgeable with multi-state and federal laws Proven experience in payroll auditing, reporting, and compliance Experience with ADP/Vantage, or similar systems preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and any other applicable pre-employment screenings, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
