water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. Property Payroll Manager Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Payroll Manager. In this role, you will oversee payroll processing for the Spotsylvania, VA, property to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting. This is an hourly on-site position at our Spotsylvania, VA, location. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll play a critical role in supporting associates by ensuring accurate and timely payroll while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help create a positive associate experience, empowering teams to focus on delivering exceptional experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities Utilize and maintain time and attendance systems to process payroll daily. Prepare and communicate financial reports. Prepare tax reports and other required regulatory filings. Monitor and prepare deduction schedules and ensure timely payments. Ensure proper and timely paycheck distribution. Maintain a working knowledge of current payroll-related laws and regulations. Prepare and input all required payroll journal entries. Respond to government inquiries upon receipt. Monitor and maintain timekeeping equipment. What We're Looking For Three to five years of administrative and/or payroll experience. At least one year of progressive experience in a hotel/resort or related field. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and related payroll taxes is required. Strong excel background required. Team-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on environment. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A leadership style grounded in collaboration, respect, and service to others. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ADP. Advanced degree in accounting or a related field.
