The Opportunity with McKinstry The Manager, Business Technology Products will lead a Product Management team and the selection and implementation of innovative technology products and solutions. This role involves strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive company growth.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Provide Guidance and Mentorship :
Act as a leader\mentor to direct reports, fostering professional growth and development through regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Team Leadership:
Manage a team of product managers, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment. Responsible for hiring, training, and managing team performance.
Strategic Technical Vision:
Apply high levels of technical expertise to guide the strategic direction of technology product delivery for our business. Ensure that the team's work aligns with the latest technology advancements, business needs, and market demands.
Roadmap Vision and Execution:
Responsible for developing the product roadmap for their area, including conceptualizing the vision, product research, and execution. Ensure that the roadmap reflects the company's strategic goals and delivers value to business partners What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry BA/BS degree desired, Masters a plus. 8+ years of experience in product management or related role, prior management experience strongly preferred. Experience with product management principles. Excellent project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders. Track record of building product features founded in solid user research and validation. Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels action. Ability to lead high performing, cross-functional teams. Experience growing and developing talent. T he pay range for this position is $123,570- $190,700 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
