Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and process payroll in a large, automated environment. This role requires strong technical expertise in payroll compliance, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payroll operations supporting 10,000+ employees. Key Responsibilities Pro cess multi-state payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Perform complex payroll calculations with accuracy and timeliness. Audit payroll data and troubleshoot errors in formulas and reporting. Utilize ADP GlobalView and other payroll systems to manage payroll operations. Generate and analyze payroll reports using advanced Excel functions. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes. Maintain compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and regulatory require ments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience 4-5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll. Experience in a large, automated payroll environment supporting 10,000+ employees. Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures. Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF statements, pivot tables, statistical functions). Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (if any) Associate's degree with relevant payroll or related professional experience. Experience with additional payroll systems or PC-based applications. Bilingual skills are a plus.
