Job Description

RideNow Powersports is seeking a highly organized and dependable Payroll Administrator to join out national team in Chandler, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process semi-monthly, monthly and weekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now for 1000+ employees. Coordinate with employees and management to ensure employee timecards are accurate and submitted on time to avoid payment discrepancies. Maintain accurate employee paid time off balances and resolve any variances. Ensure accuracy of state/province and local tax setup. Setup new tax withholding for new state/province, and local jurisdictions. Reconcile payroll hours and earnings to ensure accuracy. Prepare and process off-cycle manual checks as required. Process final pay for terminated employees in accordance with state law. Calculate and track overpayments. Respond to employee inquiries, identify potential issues, research variances, determine root cause, and take corrective actions to ensure accurate payroll and high customer satisfaction. Serve as a subject matter expert on ADP and payroll processes. Responsible for providing supporting documentation in conjunction with audits or similar activities. Work with the accounting department to reconcile payroll and deductions Work with HR and field operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of compensation changes. Utilize ADP reporting for payroll data analysis and management. Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2 preparation and distribution. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive business information.
Requirements:
Requirements Education:
High school diploma required
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years with Payroll Administrator Experience.
Systems Proficiency:
