Working closely with insurance carriers, CRS manages everything from emergency hotel stays to long term housing, furniture, and necessities. In addition to housing placement services, we also streamline the repair and restoration process for damaged homes by tapping into our national network of general contractors. About the Role We are seeking a Payroll Analyst, responsible for processing full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom and supporting the Sales and Operations teams by administering monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly incentive compensation programs. This Payroll Analyst partners with business leaders to establish incentive goals, analyze performance data to determine payout eligibility and amounts, process finalized incentive payments through Paycom, and deliver ongoing tracking metrics to support team visibility into performance against goals.
Compensation:
$55k Salary (plus annual company performance bonus)
Training:
Approximately 90 days, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (in-office). Due to the nature of the training, we ask you do not request PTO during the training period.
Regular Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility upon completion of training)
Hybrid:
This role is primarily in-office, with a limited hybrid offered after training is completed. Hybrid is 1 day at home per week, based on performance. Computer and phone equipment will be provided . You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Process full cycle bi-weekly payroll through Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to help establish and document incentive plan goals and criteria for monthly, quarterly, and bi-yearly programs. Pull and analyze performance reports at the close of each month/quarter to determine whether individuals have met established incentive goals. Calculate incentive payout amounts based on plan criteria and performance results. Upload and process finalized incentive payouts in Paycom accurately and within established deadlines. Prepare and distribute monthly tracking metrics and dashboards to Sales and Operations teams to communicate progress toward incentive goals. Maintain accurate records of incentive plan documentation, calculations, and payout history for audit and compliance purposes. Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in incentive calculations or reporting data. Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to ensure incentive payouts align with compensation policies and are reflected accurately in payroll records. Support continuous improvement of incentive tracking and reporting processes. Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding incentive calculations and payout status.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in payroll, incentive compensation, sales operations, or related analytical role. Experience with Paycom or similar payroll/HRIS platforms preferred. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Proven record of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling compensation data. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet recurring monthly/quarterly deadlines. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain incentive calculations to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong Candidates Will Possess:
Stable work history with years of experience in a similar role Experience with interpreting performance metrics, KPIs, and operational processes that affect compensation Proficiency with Paycom HR and payroll software
