Job DescriptionJob Description Payroll Assistant Direct Hire Phoenix, AZ We are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join a growing team. In this role, you'll support payroll processing and related accounting duties.

Key Duties:

Assist with payroll processing, employee changes, deductions, and garnishments Assist in payroll updates, deductions, garnishments, and employee changes Maintain payroll records and update employee data Assist with W-9 collection and 1099 preparation Help with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash receipts

Qualifications:
