The Payroll Coordinator assists the General Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll functions. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Transdev is proud to offer:

Key Responsibilities:
Assists with calculating employees' hours from timecards and timekeeping systems; ensures that all employees are paid on time and accurately Prepares ADP enterprise entries; prepares and issues paychecks Updates financial records including manifest, billing, payroll, invoices, and reconciliations Troubleshoots payroll issues; verify the accuracy of figures and computations Responds to employee questions regarding all types of payroll questions Maintains data including file back-ups and documentation files Balances and reconciles payroll accounts; prepares periodic reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions; may keep records of leave pay and nontaxable wages Maintains confidentiality of all information Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. 2 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience, including ADP experience, required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment. Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer. The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
