Position Summary Responsible for executing accurate, compliant payroll across all entities while delivering high-level administrative support to executive leadership with zero missed deliverables, zero errors, and full accountability. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and can independently execute at a high level. Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Administration Process payroll across multiple entities and pay cycles Review payroll for accuracy before submission Manage payroll changes including new hires, terminations, pay changes, reimbursements, stipends, and adjustments Administer garnishments, levies, and wage attachments Verify payroll tax filings, deadlines, notices, and compliance updates Coordinate with Paylocity to ensure system accuracy and timely updates Maintain organized payroll records and documentation Resolve payroll discrepancies quickly and professionally Executive Support Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination Prepare reports, documents, and internal communications Track priorities and ensure follow-through on executive requests Support onboarding logistics and administrative setup for new hires Handle general administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and office support Protect confidential executive and company information at all times What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications 3+ years of payroll processing experience Strong administrative or executive support experience High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize competing demands under deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Strong computer skills including Excel, email, and business systems Preferred Qualifications Multi-state or multi-entity payroll experience Experience with Paylocity Experience with garnishments, payroll tax notices, or agency correspondence Experience supporting executives or senior leadership Compensation & Benefits $55,000
