The position is hands-on and focused on accurate payroll processing, employee record maintenance, reporting, and client support.   • Process payroll for single and multi-company environments
  • Maintain employee payroll records including new hires, changes, and deductions
  • Ensure accurate setup of taxes, benefits, and deductions
  • Support payroll reporting and internal documentation
  • Assist with payroll tax coordination and reconciliations
  • Help support year-end processing including W-2 preparation
  • Respond to payroll questions from clients and internal teams
  • Partner with accounting and HR teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across all payroll activities Qualifications
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience in multi-company or multi-state payroll environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and reporting
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP or similar a plus)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or accounting system integration helpful
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Clear communication and customer-service mindset Ideal Candidate
