Full Job Description Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to process bi-weekly payroll for employees across two separate company entities using Paylocity. You will own the full payroll cycle — from timekeeping audits to tax remittance — while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality every pay period.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Run bi-weekly payroll for two entities in Paylocity, start to finish Audit timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies before each run Process new hires, terminations, rate changes, and direct deposit updates Manage garnishments, benefit deductions, and voluntary withholdings Reconcile payroll registers to the general ledger Support quarterly and year-end filings, W-2s, and ACA reporting
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of payroll processing experience Hands-on Paylocity experience required Multi-entity or multi-company payroll experience a plus Solid understanding of federal and state wage, hour, and tax rules Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail FPC or CPP certification preferred, not required
