Full Job Description Payroll Specialist Location:
Century City (
Hybrid:
onsite for training, then 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Direct Hire A highly regarded, full-service professional services firm is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team. Qualifications 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required) Prior payroll experience within a legal or professional services environment (required) Experience processing partnership payroll (required) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Process payroll for approximately 250 employees Manage end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance Handle partnership payroll, including distributions and related reporting Maintain and audit payroll data within ADP Workforce Now Collaborate with finance and leadership on payroll-related reporting and issues All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
