These functions ensure accurate payroll management and help maintain an organized attendance system, promoting compliance and operational efficiency. Essential Functions Data Collection, gathering and verifying employee time record, including hours worked, overtime. Coordinating with payroll to ensure accurate reflection of attendance in payroll processing Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Meet deadlines, working within tight time constraints.
