Job Description

Join our outstanding Accounting team at The Quail as a Payroll/HR Clerk, where you will assist our Accounting and HR department with payroll processing, reporting, and administrative support. Key Accountabilities Update payroll information in conjunction with HR for promotions, transfers, terminations and new hires Process and commit bi-weekly payroll Prepare statements reflecting earnings, taxes and deductions Process payroll reports for management and auditing purposes; biweekly, monthly and annual basis Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax and deductions laws Answer questions; resolving issues regarding payroll Provide administrative support to the HR department by filing employee forms and documents into appropriate employee files General Requirements Experience in payroll administration or similar role Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or relevant field Good working knowledge of accounting practices and tax laws Proficient in Microsoft Office, Payroll systems and database software Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Salary:
$29.00 - $33.00 per hour FOLLOW US
