Job Description

Part-Time Bookkeeper Assistant (QuickBooks Online & Payroll) Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper Assistant to support our accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online , payroll processing, and employee timekeeping.
Responsibilities:
Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Create and send invoices Assist with payroll processing Review and manage employee timecards and timesheets Maintain payroll and financial records Generate reports and assist with month-end bookkeeping Perform general administrative duties related to accounting and payroll
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks Online required Bookkeeping experience preferred Payroll and timekeeping experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
