Payroll Specialist Position Overview Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Compliance Administrator to join their expanding team in Fremont, California. This role is essential in ensuring payroll compliance, and it provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the construction industry. Responsibilities Administer and ensure compliance with payroll processes and regulations, particularly focusing on LCP tracker systems. Collaborate with the team to update and maintain payroll records using Salesforce and BDSI systems. Assist in the onboarding process to bring new hires up to speed with payroll compliance procedures. Support the construction team in understanding and adhering to certified payroll requirements. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll records promptly and efficiently. Work closely with management to ensure that all payroll processes are in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll compliance processes. Qualifications Experience with LCP tracker systems is highly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and BDSI systems is a plus. Certified in payroll compliance, with experience in the construction industry being advantageous. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in handling payroll compliance in a fast-paced environment. Required Work Hours Monday - Friday Benefits Comprehensive benefits package is available. Additional Details Max Pay is $38 per hour. Min Pay is $30 per hour. The position is 100% onsite in Fremont, CA.
